1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier backlogs or international logistics issues.
3. Shipping Fee Rules
All orders over $49: Free Standard Shipping
Orders under $49: Flat rate shipping fee $5.99
Express shipping extra cost: $9.99 regardless of order amount
4. Shipping Coverage
We ship to most countries worldwide including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union countries.
Some remote regions may have extra surcharges or limited delivery support.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package on our website’s order tracking page.
6. Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees charged by your country upon arrival. We do not cover these additional charges.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient refusal, unclaimed parcel or customs rejection, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Customers need to pay new shipping fees for re-delivery.
8. Damaged / Lost Packages
Contact our support team within 7 days after estimated delivery date if your package is lost or severely damaged. We will require photos of damaged goods or tracking proof for compensation processing.
